1. About us

This website is operated by Velo Vinyls, a UK business. Contact us through the contact page.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Prices are in GBP and include any applicable VAT.

3. Personalisation

You're responsible for checking names, spelling, capitals, flags and colours. We print exactly what you submit. Previews are a guide and the final print may vary slightly.

4. Custom logos

You confirm you have the right to use any logo you upload. We may decline artwork that won't print well or that infringes someone else's rights, and we'll contact you if so.

5. Cancellations and returns

Because decals are made to your specification, the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply. No refunds or returns on personalised decals unless there is a clear defect. Send us a photo and we'll replace them. Your statutory rights are not affected.

6. Delivery

See Delivery & Returns. Delivery times are estimates.

7. Liability

We're not liable for damage caused by incorrect application or use of unsuitable cleaners. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
