Question 1

What sizes do your bike name decals come in?

Accepted Answer

Name decals come in 10mm, 15mm and 20mm letter heights. 15mm suits most top tubes; 10mm is best for helmets and long names; 20mm for chunky aero tubes.

Question 2

How long will my name decal be?

Accepted Answer

Length depends on how many letters your name has. Height is fixed by the size you pick, so longer names make longer decals.

Question 3

How many decals do I get?

Accepted Answer

Name decals come as a pair. Flag decals come as a set of 10 of one country.

Question 4

What are the decals made from?

Accepted Answer

High-quality polymeric vinyl printed with eco-solvent CMYK inks.

Question 5

How long do bike decals last?

Accepted Answer

Velo Vinyls decals last around 3–5 years outdoors if you look after them: gentle washing, no degreaser sprays on the decal and no hard scrubbing.

Question 6

How do I apply bike frame decals?

Accepted Answer

Clean the spot with isopropyl alcohol, let it dry, peel the backing slowly, place the decal and press firmly from the middle outwards. Leave it 24 hours before washing.

Question 7

Can I remove the decals later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Warm the decal gently with a hairdryer and peel it slowly from one corner. Any leftover adhesive wipes off with isopropyl alcohol.

Question 8

Will they work on a gloss or matte frame?

Accepted Answer

Yes, both. Our decals are cut tight to the design, so there's no shiny excess film to spoil a matte finish.

Question 9

Can I put them on a helmet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Clean helmet shells take decals well; 10mm is the most popular helmet size.

Question 10

Can I add a custom club logo?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at no extra cost. Pick “Custom logo/badge” as your flag on any name decal and upload your file. SVG, AI or PDF vector files print sharpest; we confirm by email that it will print well.

Question 11

How quickly will my decals be posted?

Accepted Answer

Every order is printed and posted within 1–2 working days.

Question 12

Accepted Answer

Question 13

Accepted Answer

Question 14

Can I return personalised decals?

How do I check my order?
